They were nice enough and seemed clean enough. Unfortunately the experience wasn't very relaxing. There was no music and the door was left cracked open by about a foot or so the entire time. The place wasn't too busy so I didn't mind too much for somebody else might. If you do not wear underwear, be aware that your butt will be completely out in the open. They do not cover you like other massage experiences. The massage itself I personally enjoyed. It was a little rough for my taste but was needed. It was definitely completely missing any delicacy. The masseuse did check in with me in regards to the heat with the stones. Of which she also rubbed rather vigorously and in a rough fashion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING CUPPING DONE AT THIS PLACE! The placement of a lot of the cups could be too close to the danger zones. One of which she was directly on my spine. I couldn't tell from the massage where exactly the cups were in the moment, but when I did I told her that they should not be going on my spine. The machine to to use the cups is also extremely loud. Oh they also asked me to pay before the service and asked for a tip. She over did the cupping, like cupping on top of cupping. All over my kidneys (danger zone). My regular masseuse, PA friend, and other professionals were all concerned. I should be okay but was instructed to keep an eye on soreness, headaches, and my urine.
